Nancy, I fully understand and can relate to your frustration. I struggled with trying to get my children’s Christmas book published. I prayed about it and God led me to the perfect person who worked with it and had it published last week on Amazon.com. Love and best wishes to you and Steve.

Thank you, Alicia. I too am hoping it’s resolved ASAP–with no more wailing and/or railing. The whole situation is certainly giving me a lesson in patience. I won’t be able to use Microsoft Word until the 15th; all my files are inaccessible until then!
